You most certainly are confused, Zanussi don’t make a WKS1265W.
Can you post correct model & maybe 9 digit PNC number for it.

Pump & filter, sump & drain hose etc would be the areas to be looking at obviously, have you tried a new pump in case the original one is just tired/worn out?

Get your Electrician to check the rating of the circuit breaker in question making sure its rated for the circuit and the load demanded off it. Get wiring connections checked by them as i’ve found poor/loose connections can cause this to happen.

Depends on what your ability is of course, the heater needs to be meggered to checkif its low to ground, the pressure switch cabling & P.C.B also needs checking.
Drain system & water level control needs checked but you say you have done this, but it would need double checked.

Get a quote from Engineer to find out estimated costs.

Reading the quick quide to operating the appliance :-

Select 1/2 load when using any washing programme (except prewash) to save on water, electricity & time if the machine is only half full. You can place dishes anywhere in the machine.

No diverter in it Paul, try taking out the circulation pump & checking it for blockages, could be a plastic wrapper in impellor.

Check the usual suspects, heater low, motor low, pressure vessel blocked etc.
Is it E18 fault code perhaps that comes up on it instead of 18 minutes left?
    E18 is unbalanced load.
The appliance could be aborting because of blocked pressure vessel giving false excess foam signal either.

Heater is likely faulty, get the Engineer to megger it checking the NTC, they normally go low to earth & take out components on P.C.B.
    No programming necessary!

The heaters have new better quality NTCs on them now.

    Re: Electric ovens leaking!!!!

Yep, have had some Beko/GD one sdoing this, they have a modification of a drip tray to fit under door which collects it. Advise customer to cover foods if possible.

What make and model arey you referring to?

If the condenser isn’t cleaned regularly excess moisture breaks down the heater, most times its the NTC leaking down to earth.

    Re: Beko DCU8230

Heres a tip, if you think the dryer may have a duff NTC causing no heat fault, swap the leads off NTC on dryer heater onto a washing machine heater NTC, you will likely have a spare one lying about in van.
The cable lugs are same size too.
Let the NTC dangle & attach back plate of dryer with a few screws, run on test for minute to establish if it heats up.
Then if it heats with test NTC in, order up a new heater as you can’t buy the Beko NTC separately. If it doesn’t it may be a P.C.B fault as heater faults sometimes blow boards too.
:lesson: DO NOT LEAVE TEST NTC IN PLACE

Filter just lifts up once the cover is raised, when it clips back into place and a little blue indicator should pop up.

    Re: Beko DCU8230

Check the NTC on heater they go down to earth anything below 2M will cause no heat fault, normally its because of the condenser not being clear, excess moisture forms on the element.
New heater normally sorts it out.
If you are really unlucky the shorted element may have taken out triac on board too.

    Don’t change motor :eeek:
Change 2844290100 INPUT IMPEDERENCE INDUCTOR first, its mounted at back down the bottom, to left hand side.
Square unit with cable connection to it.
