Most of the service mode on them is acessed by connecting a laptop optically to the interface l.e.d (salt) which normally has PC beside it. In theory it can be done manually but its very difficult.
In service mode or customer/user mode you can make changes to rinse times, prolong the period it rinses for etc, not definite but think you can increase the temp’ too. This info should be in user instructions. If its fan assisted drying have a peek at that as they were problematic & water collected in fan preventing it to run & dry correctly.
Have some info on older machines if you want to PM me.

No need too take off top or front, all is done through door opening.
Should be a retaining wire on front of machine & spring on inner. Lube up fingers with fairies liquid when fitting new seal & spring & Bobs your uncle, done many of them, 5 minute job.

Easiest way to test the heater is with a multimeter on the M’Ohms scale. Anything below 3M’Ohms to earth i’d imagine would cause problems.
Its possible that the triac on p.c.b supplying the pump has failed/burn’t out because the pump was running excessively because of coins etc stuck in it.
As with all Electrical products, power off when doing any tests.

Clean filter & Water empty comes on after every programme stops irrespective of whether the filter requires cleaning or water full, they are just reminder signals to customer.
If the cycle is going off too early though it could be for many reasons, check water level/float is not sticking etc, condenser is not blocked, little hose at bottom of appliance not clogged. Heater could be faulty, low to earth etc. Fan blockage perhaps..

    Poor drying results
    Symptom
During the final rinse programme segment, no or insufficient rinse aid is
    dispensed into the cabinet.
    Cause
Incorrect rinse aid dispenser quantity selector setting in the combination
    dispenser unit.
    Remedy:
Check the rinse aid dispenser setting, see the appropriate operating
    instructions.
    Cause
Rinse aid dispenser flap not properly closed. The rinse aid container fills with
    water during programme operation.
    Remedy:
    “Combination dispenser unit removal”,
Wash out contaminated rinse aid from the rinse aid container.
Refill with new rinse aid and close the flap properly.

    Cause
    Rinse aid not released.
    Remedy:
    Remove the door outer panel.
Check the function of the solenoid (rinse aid compartment).
Check the solenoid and if necessary exchange it.
Check the voltage for the solenoid at the electronic unit.
If no voltage is present, exchange the electronic unit.

Dryer heating element is low to earth & needs replacing.
Power off if doing any testing or investigation !

Going to be a great run in, its wide open again.
City can draw level if they win their games in hand & could nick it on goal differance, would rather see a red team get it though.

Most likely something stuck in pump or drain hose.
Power off of course if doing any checks.
Best to take all water out of bottom of dishwasher first with a small glass or cup & use sponge to get the rest.

Not a good idea to connect d’w to hot water, it tends to coagulate any protein based foods onto surface of dishes. They need to be washed off in cold water first, then increased water temperture works with the detergent to shift & hold dirt off them before rinsing.
Understand that this is a temporary measure you are taking.

Re: belling dishwasher idw604 error code e3

Need the exact product code of appliance as theres a few variants I think, should be 44444????

Part number for timer of 444445898 is
    082621337 Timer (board)

Worth testing the pressure proving switch on the hose at heater, have known these to become sticky & not allow heating or stay stuck on & fool the electronics.
