Belt is only available as a kit with the small pulley, part number is 492204403 or may be superseded to 492204404.
Best way to do it is turn drum & ease main belt off small pulley, fit small belt or complete kit if needed, you will find it not to difficult to fit main belt on to small pulley again, you can use a screwdriver as leverage if required but the motor will come towards you slightly (pulling against the tension of spring) to allow it to go on.

This is the dryer subject to the recall for capacitor replacement, you may need to point this out to the consumer & have its serial number checked to see if it requires modification!

    F24 Heater relay contact
The program is interrupted and the drain pump is operated.
The display shows Technical fault F24.
    Call the Service Department.
The buzzer is activated for 2 minutes.

    Background information:
When the circulation pump is not operating, the heater relay contacts are checked. If supply voltage is then applied to the electronic’s inputs, the fault is registered.

    Cause:
Heater relay contacts have fused together.

    Remedy:
    Replace the heater relay.

    Cause:
    Moisture in heater relay.

    Remedy:
    Replace the heater relay.

    Cause:
Fault in the plug on the exit side of the heater relay. Contamination on the plug of the heater wiring harness causes resistance values between the contact blades to fall below 10 megaohms (10M?).

    Remedy:

    1. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.

    2. Disconnect plug 5 from the electronic.

    3. Measure the resistance between the lines of the electronic for heater pressure switch B1/13 (pins 12 and 22 on plug 5).

    4. If the measured resistance value is smaller than 10 megaohms (10M?), then the heater wiring harness must be replaced.

Theres a locating switch on the light socket to prove that the lamp is in position, cycle wont start if it thinks bulb/lamp has fallen out. Usually a twist/tweek of the lamp does the job, theres a locating pin on the small lamp bulb that makes a switch that tells the electronics that its in place correctly ..

It could be the p.c.b, first check the doot switch isn’t stuck in closed position & also float switch has’nt got burn’t connections.

Re: Zanussi ZWD1472S – Pauses on start and E40 error

E40 would point towards to door interlock fault, replacing the part should help, you would replace it by switching off the power to the appliance, taking off the door gasket from front of appliance to allow access to door lock, remove screws securing interlock, remove cable from it fit cable to new one & fit in reverse order.
If this is something you can’t manage you should find an engineer you would be happy to do it for you.

Re: Lamona HJA8703 Pumps for 4 minutes.

Check float switch in base, if theres a fault with it you get a pump running continuously & nothing else.
Some other things to look out for on Beko type dishwashers, not sure if this is the Beko type Lamona dishwasher, (maybe someone can clarify) is the flowmeter or the small cable to it being damaged in loom.

Check the condenser is locked in place, theres a switch on the lock on them that needs made for it to work.

    Re: beko wm1512s timer advancing

Check NTC for short cable connection short circuit, if short it skips past wash thinking its full of hot water & sometimes goes to drain, also loom to fill valves can also get damaged by overloading & tub banging off it.
Connection to hot water can have the same effect as NTC faulty as it detects hot water it will abort programme.

I’d beg to differ, think Beko are great machines, very seldom do I have to do a bearing job on a Beko, doing one every other day on Zanussi mostly the 1120 & 1140s.

Re: Miele W1512 not performing complete cycles

Thats his loss, they are best engineered product on the market & quite straightforward to repair for any with a basic understanding of appliances.
Miele will look at it but will charge you considerably for the privilege.

    Re: Miele W1714 Waterproof Fault

Mostly caused by water from filter going back into base if flap door is not down below horizontal.
Easy to reset without taking any covers off, bearing in mind that its a very heavy machine, you need to tip it up & backwards with front being lifted about a foot off the ground, this will allow any water to come out over lips at edge of base.
Try appliance again a few times, if problem re-occurs then investigate for leaks from door seal, internal hoses etc..

    Re: Beko WM5100 No spin

When you say no spin, do you mean it washes but doesn’t spin?
Unbalanced load is the main reason for no spin i’m sure you are aware of this.
Have had problems with poor contact of the brushes on Beko motors, may be an idea to change brushes & use comm stick.
Also have seen them go to full spin immediately with tacho faults rather than no spin.

Think one shots have been superseded by resetting ones, I stand to be corrected but a Beko 4410101001 kit does the job.
