I seem to think the manual that comes with the machine list the error codes. If its bean to cup I have found the biggest problem is customers not doing the cleaning and descaling cycles.

I’m the same, I would like to use Qualtex and Master part more but connects site is so quick and easy to use.
I’ve tried cross referencing connect codes with Qualtex with probable 1 in 10 success.It’s as shame especially now that connect own e-spares which I see as a competitor.

If you have already put it through a 90 deg wash with cleaner/ descaler, the residue could be loosened lime scale. Try another 90deg wash with lime scale remover and see if that helps.
You should be doing that once a month.
Am afraid you will still have the build up that my college mentioned, so would be well worth having that cleaned out also.

Not sure about the hob but as a starting point on the oven I would be checking the double pole isolation switch. I have come across a good number of these that have burnt out.
Out of interest is the hob and oven at the same address?
If so check they arnt on the same isolation switch as at full capacity the rating of the switch will be over reached adding to the possibility of burn out.

This turned out to be the reed switch on the PCB not being activated due to the door dropping enough for the magnet in it not to activate.
