how old is the machine you say you have had it a year, was it new when you got it, sounds like the bearings are gone and its thrown the belt off take the plug out and take the back off and have a look .

if it has a grey and black “big askoll pump” sitting at the back left hand corner it is most likely faulty.

if i remember it sounds like a board or pressure switch fault best try repairs@ for your local engineer i wouldnt encourage indesit £100 for a one of repair does that include parts fine if its the pcb not so fine if its the pressure switch.
10 months at £15.90 is £159 not worth it you would be better binning it,

i would guess that the wash pump motor is nto pumping hard enough to send the water to the upper spray arm, this should be obvios if you open the door in the middle of a wash you should get a fair amount of water landing on the floor if the machine is fitted with a”big askoll pump” it is a common fault and is well documented on this website. plug out if you are having a look.

i had the same problem a couple of weeks ago E20 fault cleared filter tested ok got a call to go back the next day as it was leaking and the tub had melted at the heater end.

i got caught out on one of these before i had the machine in bits before realising if the have load is selected the bottom spray arm doesnt rotate.

I would check the edge connectors on the pcb first sometimes get burnt ends on the tracks if ok then its the pcb.

i have received notification that they are also incresing their prices.
i could justify 6 months guarantee if the price went down.
if i guarantee a repair for a year and the board or pcb fails after 6 months then i am in trouble.

the switch isnt faulty but you really shouldnt be working on the machine with the plug in.
if the door locks but the machine doesnt work its the pcb but please take the plug out.
