    the hoover will need a heater, i dont like to disagree but they are not too expensive and they arent too difficult to fit.
    the crusader will most likely need thermostats.

    the pcb is probably faulty, sometimes if the pump goes faulty it can damage the pcb.
    plug out before checking.

    dont clean the coper segments.
    take the brushes out and look at the faces both should be shiny.

    ease the front lip of the door seal off after removing the plastic clamp.
    the hose can be accessed by putting your hand in to the left at the 9 oclock position.
    plug out first.

    connected up neutral and it heated ok,
    i assume this means the pcb is faulty, anyone khow ballpark price,

    there is only a live feed,

    i checked the thermostats and they were all ok.

    these machines are slow to start, any unusual faults are sometimes due to the heater or thermistor.

    really and the wml520p will be the best machine in the world.

    its probably a motor bearing gone on your machine take the belt off and see if the motor turns freely by hand in both directions.

    plug out first.

    its worth the price of a new motor or if its under 5 years old get hoover to fix it under the 5 year parts guarantee.
