I have in the past managed to obtain a contact number of a relative who you can explain the problem to. I would tell them the time and effort taken and charge accordingly.
If he then phones again you can call the relative first.
If no relatives or neighbours then I suppose theres not much else other than call Age Concern.
A bit involved I know and I have never had to go there.

Had a ZWF1631W yesterday with a bad connection on the circulation pump. It faulted as yours did. The point i’m trying to make is get yanking on those connections you might be suprised with the outcome. I know I was.

Got to change one of these on a SGI5302gb/07 7901110097.
Need clarification please:
I haven’t got a coding plug on my old module so that bits fine.
Do I have to carry out wiring change as per Commutation instruction on this model???
Is there programming to be done on this module as I haven’t got any other paperwork in with the module.

Whatever make it is, the machine sounds like its blocked elsewhere or the pump has failed.
Unplug the machine if you are going to take anything apart.
