Start button can break away from board. (customer still thinks it clicks). Door lock can fail & door hook may be out of position where door pin goes through.

Even the programme selector can give this fault. If it is the selector sometimes twisting it quickly clockwise & anti can help it find the programme.

Anyway, to login to your account you need to have me tie up your username to your account for the engineer search first. This has to be done administratively, you cannot do that yourself and it ties your username to the account.

Am I tied in? If not, please can you?

    Ta.

If this machine has a sealed base it could have water in it which has activated a float / switch. This will run the pump.

Got one which is kicking up an E07 fault.
I changed the heater and machine ran fine on the rapid wash. (Not that she uses this cycle.)

After I left she ran her normal coloureds wash and after 30 mins it flashed up the E07 code again. If she selects rinse or spin it works fine.

Strange one, hence why I changed the heater.
    Any thoughts?

Are you sure the two smaller terminals aren’t the NTC of the dryer? Im sure these dryers normally have a wiring diagram in with the timer. It may be worth a poke around in there.

Did you dare to join the two small terminals to see if heat came back?

Yes to access it properly the counterweight does have to be removed.
You did check the pump impeller was as proud as the original didn’t you.
    Good Luck.

Business saver for me being on googles local business listings.
When I lost my GBDAR work it was the first thing i did, before that I never had a website. It works really well for me.
But don’t tell too many people, well not in my area anyway.
I suppose 0800 franchisees can get on there because they have a local address?

I read his post to mean he rents a handheld unit rather than using his mobile with their app / software loaded.

    Perhaps he could clarify?

If I was ‘washdoctor’ I would be careful giving out my location.

The next thing you know your front door will be pried open.

I wonder whose got a big enough screwdriver?

    Re: Bendix CWD1010 sticking

It could still be the hot valve though? As I would imagine it fills hot & cold on the wash. If this machine needs a circuit through all the valve coils then you really need to check the resistance rather than swapping the plugs over.
(My thought process is on the old bosch machines where an open circuit / low resistance valve stops the pump from running.)

    Re: Bendix CWD1010 sticking

Not wanting to state the obvious but are you sure the valves are ok. What are the coil readings? Maybe the coil is low resistance or going OC when power applied.

Wash and dry elements, motor sound.

Other than that its loosing a circuit path somewhere. Is there a seperate module on this model?
