    Hi

Posibily a motor fault if machine fills then goes straight to pump and end .

Time for an engineer to check machine.

Unplug machine before removing any panels or looking at the motor

    Hi

Do they look like ASKOL made pump motors , Samsung have had lots fail with impellors falling off or noisy, and asking for all failed pumps to be returned for checking. They are made by ASKOL in Brazil , ASKOL made in Italy seem to OK

    Hi

Main PCB fault have changed a few , Motor judder is main symptom.
There are no visable signs of a fault when you look at PCB.
Change PCB and machine should work OK

    Hi all

The drain pump runs at start of some programs on some machines so if drain hose pushed too far into drain down pipe it will syphon water . Went to a new Servis machine last week , customer had put machine on for first ever wash and went out shopping came back 4hours later clothes still dry but water going into machine but never filled to correct level because drain hose was pushed into down pipe to far and syphoning out . repositioned drain hose and machine works fine, good job she was’nt on a water meter.

    Hi

At the end of a wash the clothes should be cold as all the rinses should be in cold water. If clothes are coming out hot, the fill hoses are fitted the wrong way round.

    Hi

Have you done a maintenance wash at 90deg with a decent soap powder this needs to be done regular if usually you only do low temp washes.

    Hi

Posibily the flood protection has brought the drain pump on.
Pull machine out tilt backwards at 45deg to see if water runs out of base, if it runs out then you have a leak on the system somewhere.

SWITCH OFF AND PULL PLUG OUT FIRST
