    i have tried a motor, and every other part i have for this machine, if you just put it on a spin only with no load inside it pumps for 3-4 seconds then thats it, the lights go orange and the start light goes red

    heating elements stay damp especially if you only use low heat,and cause low insulation and trip the rcd. sometimes if you let it dry out it may be ok, check condenser and filters are clear

    there is a t20 torx screw bottom right of soap box and 2 screws behind plinth

    you cant be doing too bad if your off on a cruise! only 2 jobs for me today, went out at 9am, back at 11am, phone not rang at all. might have to get an employed job after nearly 10 years of running my own business.

    i have checked each individual wire for continuity with a multimeter. all ok. but have ordered complete wiring loom anyway. the insulation readings are good as well

    i agree, these machines are not designed to be repaired by anyone other than inde****! sealed tanks & modules that need to be reprogrammed. if its not a heater/pump/belt/loose weight or door-forget it

    they already have, they have been given all relevant info but they have only managed to negotiate a settlement amount and advised me if it goes to court and i loose, then it would cost me considerably more than at the moment due to court costs etc

    they have print outs of part numbers and invoice details etc, and no parts sourced elsewhere were fitted, they supplied me with a laptop and sent me the spares

    had similar where leak from breather pipe causes suspension and motor to get wet, doesnt always blow pcb, just depends on how long it has been leaking for i suppose

    yep-i have had this a few times, maybe something to do with fabric softener, not sure but hey-easy fix!

    toc is the thermal cut out it is a small round or hexagon shaped object situated near the heater, there is a small red reset button in the middle of it
