Indicates that you have a problem and will need to replace the evaporator cover – available from Shop@ in the left navigation bar.

If you look at the rating plate again, where the model number is, and let me have the pnc number I’ll have a look and report back.

ModeratorRe: Electrolux Fridge/Freezer ER 78311 Icing Up
Frosting up usually caused by either the door seal not sealing correctly, a duff thermostat or short of refrigerant/failing motor (compressor)

ModeratorRe: Ariston Freezer S/KVF1200
It could be a number of things, perhaps a fault with the motor (compressor) due to overheating. First thing you must do is completely defrost the appliance and take if from there, post back what you then get.

You probably need an evaporator cover, and sensor with perhaps a thermal fuse but if you dont want to just throw spares at it I suggest you get an engineer in – for your parts Shop@, for an engineer (make sure they do Samsung) repairs@

ModeratorRe: Indesit D63 lower door seal
Before you go any further just check that the top spray bar is actually turning as they have a habit of seizing diagnally across the inner cabinet and then water leaks from around the door edge.

ModeratorRe: Zanussi DE6965 dishawasher no heat
There are two versions of this model a conventional model and a fully electronic – need the pnc to be sure. Assuming you have the latter the temperature sensing is done by a ntc thermistor (should operate in the range 6kohm to 600ohm)

ModeratorRe: Electrolux ES6633I fridge – compressor running constantl
OK this bit is important – instead of the tube being clipped to the metal plate at the back (the evaporator) it is fed into a plastic tube that runs inside the insulation and comes out at the back of the evaporator and is forced into contact. Obviously with this in mind you have to make sure you have got the correct thermostat for the model (is this so?) secondly, the length of the tube that is forced into the plastic tube has to be exactly the same as the one coming out otherwise it may not touch the evaporator. Is this also the case?
