Sure? Yep.
It’s definitely a Whirlpool, the 12nc tells you that. The 5th, 6th and 7th numbers of the 12nc are the model.
The part number for the element may well be superceded by now but looking for that number on Sios should bring up the new number.Brian

Model is AKL827/WH, is indeed a Whirlpool.
Part number I have for the element is 481925928847.
Hope this helps.Brian

Short answer is yes and yes.

ParticipantRe: Diplomat ADP8322 trips main switch!
Not draining, blockage or pump fault.
Tripping sounds like the base may be flooded.DP

ParticipantRe: American Fridge Freezer Whirlpool S20BRSS31-A-G
I suspect that this machine is 2003 or older and has the older type boards hence the “cf” when you fitted the new front board.
As to the fault you’ve got, how long did you wait after fitting the new rear board? When you first switch on it should go into defrost mode. Takes about 20 mins before it actually starts up.

Most common is the front pcb. You’ll have to check the serial number to see whether you need both boards changing.

Does this pulsing only occur when it’s trying to circulate the water?
If it’s an askoll pump then this is likely to be the problem. You get similar symptoms when the base is flooded and water gets onto the askoll motor connectors.Brian

ParticipantRe: Diplomat ADP8322 – two flashes error
And the water that was in the base, probably shorting the askol wash motor, has leaked out or evaporated.
As it’s now running OK I’d guess that the original problem was overfoaming leading to a spillage into the base.DP

ParticipantRe: Whirlpool AWG320 Spin Problems
Is this the model with two switches on the door interlock?
If it is, new interlock has one switch and cures this problem.

Just to make sure I’m reading this right. Do you mean it runs and trips the stat after 20 mins?
If so and assuming air flow across the heater is ok I can only think it may be a faulty stat?

Emmm, this is the first mention of icing up and not defrosting.
I’ll bring the manual home again tomorrow, if no ones answered I’ll see whats in there.

ParticipantRe: Whirlpool ADP6946 F5 error
Unless they’ve changed their fault codes it’s reporting a blocked spray arm.
As it’s a new machine I can only suggest calling and getting an engineer out to it.DP

Spoke to a Comet engineer today. Apparently there are redundancies pending in South Wales. Don’t know why or if it affects anywhere else.
