Moderatorinisfad wrote:I don’t think there’s a problem with the heater element, as it’s attached to the front drum plate, so I don’t think I could have screwed this up
its possible to put the heater back in and get the front bracket in the wrong place so it hits the drum

Moderatoralthough the model seems correct i cant get it up on tech

Moderatorthe door hinges have to be locked to remove the inner door
to do this there is a hole to insert a rod or nail
can send you pics if you let me have email

Moderatorwell if that is the case they woould have to sense the ambient temp of the room and i cant see a sensor listed and the control pcb is in the fridge
I would check the board for triac failure. triacs can fail to give half wave power so act as a diode

Moderatormay also be a pump as they use the current to the pump as a virtual sensor. if the pump is worn it will draw more current and fool the board into thinking its not drained

Moderatorits the software thats different. these boards are programmed for different machine but its the same basic board
correct board is £200 thats the draw back
you could ask QER if they can repairhttps://www.qualityelectronicrepairs.co.uk/

Moderatordouble check with the shop but if all fails and you want to take a chance its the board this should be the one for your machine but it always worth double checking

Moderatorwell if its just a bad connection in the switches you can remove it and squirt a very small amount of wd40 onto the switch itself on the board. click the switch on and off about 30 times, wipe off excess and see if it works
would have looked up part no of the board but Beko tech site is having problems at the moment

Moderatorto be fair the new boards have been modified with a much stronger diode. its one of those faults that only shows itself when it gets out in the field

Moderatorwell I get that heat pump is not compatible
fit correct pump and i bet it will be fine
correct pump should be 651956
putting this into connect or qualtex does not bring up MTR9191
and if it works you can possibly approach the other firm for a full refund

ModeratorI would check heater relays
had a few go down over the years
Dave

Moderatorinside the main control module very possibly at he bottom of the machine.
There will be 2 panels. one is motor control and probably smaller the other is the main control moduleDave

Moderatora lot of machines dont have a fault code for no heat but the do have one ofr a sensor fault most of the time
i would look at the heater relay and check for solder joint problems first
