Participantyer, in fact, the customers so good, he doesnt know whats wrong with it
u should bare in mind he could have done ANYTHING to that machine, ie. took wires of and put em back on wrong, etc
and just remind him that live testing is dangerous, and could introduce further problems
he must have, or he wouldnt know there was no supply
customers… their own worst enemy, and self fixers who cant fix are worse

Participanttypical customer
it takes up to 5 minutes before the fan has any kind of supply
check condenser valve, clean out condenser
if hes had no fault codes, condensers likely to be blocked

Participantyes there are front pads, but they rarely go, to be fair
the rear bearing can be changed by taking of the small panel at the rear, remove the pin and it will come out
the front ones, yes the drum has to come out

Participanta pcb (and an eprom, no doubt ) would cost you as much if not more than the £90 hotpoint charge
chuck it in the bin and buy a miele

Participantor, ideally, buy a samsung and get in the back and chip that iceberg off, and use that
if the titanic would have hit one of them, it would have sank in less than 3 minutes
