Totally agree the stainless steel tanks only leak from sump, the plastic base type I would tighten up the screws in sump fill nut bottom left hand side and air break nut, and sometimes they leak from the heat exchanger in the side normally too left corner

To prove there is a unbalanced load get a hot water bottle fill with water and put on spin that’s how I prove it, and yes the new machines have 3g aswell as 3d sensors 1 which will be on motor and 1 on backplane hope this help explain it

Yes it you need to speak to the customer liaison department, if not you will only pay the £106 call out as if under 3 months parts should be free

Yes it is had no joy so far with hotpoint

The only thing on there is power module and the only way to check that is that you have 240v coming to it and you have resistance values on the trials on the heat sink 1 of the trains will probably give you different readings to the other 2 don’t know what they should be have no tech info maybe dave will be able to help with that
