I will post up the test sequence for the machine when I get in there’s machine are a right headache, most common faults are door lock heater and dryer pcbkaibart
ModeratorIt will be the sump that’s leaked on the heat pump there is a sump seal kit that dave has posted but good luck fitting it as this is very easy to snap/break trying to fit s better option is to change the sump completely

ModeratorI change as many door seal as I can without removing the appliance only tip I can give you is a little lubricant on seal to make it go on easily and the Samsung door inner band are a left hand tread if I remember rightly

ModeratorThis is normal at the moment nothing surprises me can’t say any appliance is built any better now than another and they say its because of moisture and people not wiping them out after use

ModeratorYes the way I get the 3 grey wires out is snap the plastic with a flat blade screwdriver as dave has said the motor connection is purple and black on the hige end dishwashers the harness is probably in stock direct and cheaper have a look
