ParticipantRe: Looking for washer or washer/dryer
Come on guys get real, they’re a young couple with a child in a flat. Most washer dryers will serve the purpose whether they come from China or Timbuktu. With low useage most will give a couple to 4 years use before its time to replace.

You can check all Bosch models (by individual model number) on their dedicated spare parts website. Exploded parts diagrams shown clearly whether or not the model you want has or hasn’t got a sealed drum.

ParticipantRe: I bought an ISE 10
I find it incredibly scandalous that ISE Ltd continued trading best part of 18 months by not informing their dealers and agents they had exhausted their funds. Trust and loyalty went right out the window on that deal. And now it’s ‘touch shite customers,we’re closed, sing to the moon all you want if it’ll help, ‘coz we ain’t bothering non!’

She has no legitimate claim toward you and it would be not within reason for you to ignore any further demands age may made. Lee8’s vulgar advice is also ill advised.

“Dear Sir or Madwoman,
We are sorry to realise the problems with your Whirlpool appliance. All our repair work includes a 12 month guarantee. And we took a sympathetic approach towards repairing your appliance shortly after that guarantee term expired. Our generous offer to remedy the problem at a significant discount was entirely voluntary on our part and to which you readily accepted. Regarding your referring to the Sale of Goods Act we can assure you that non of our actions where in any way contravening the specific ‘not of merchantable quality’ clauses within that Act of Parliament.
