Re: Bosch WVD2452SGB/01 Wash/Dry – Drier switching off

Ive been this week to a wvd24460gb/02 this week with F-17 fault I posted about yesterday. Got to go back Monday. I fetched the Condenser completely off, also removed the sump hose as there was a blockage there. Still giving an F-17 fault. Valve works ok, not going open circuit when been on. Starting to suspect pressure line fault now, although I have removed and cleaned.
When removing the sump hose youve got a white cover listed as none return valve on quick finder, fits above the eco-ball. Couldn’t see any directional tabs, this hasn’t got to be in any specific position has it?

Yes there are one or two around after the business. This one suited me especially as I haven’t had to change my phone before I wanted to. Glad I’ve done it, and I’m not tied in if something better appears down the line.

    Re: Mobile card payment machine

It wont be suitable for everyone, but I will give customers a choice of how they pay and price accordingly. You have to work on an extra £3.00 in every £100.00 I appreciate thats expensive on a £500 machine, but on an average £50.00 bill most customers wont object to £1.50 extra. The main thing for me is i’m not paying £35.00 a month rental fee! 😯
Another thing to remember. Some card providers give an extra 12 months warranty on appliances purchased by card. Dont know who provides the service mind?

Thanks seamy. Checked most of what you’ve suggested. Just wondering about condenser although I have removed and replaced. Got disabled child so can’t wait. Got Beko coming. Think its pcb to be honest. Will let you all know. Only a year old. Heavily used.

    Re: Bosch WTE84102GB/05 Condenser Drier

Just had phone call from my customer. Bosch have been and fitted a new front module over £200 retail! so suspect same problem on yours. Customer happy, got it done for £140 spread over the year. Not much in it for me, but he will call me again when he wants a new one or smaller repair. Hope that helps you.

Ive got a WTE86304GB/05 with the same problem. My machine has a digital display and that goes dead too. I put a post up a couple of days ago with no reply. My customer is calling Bosch in, like you I did all the obvious checks. Told them to have the repair done under the £140 insurance scheme. The board is over £200 for my model, if it is that of course. My customer has promised to ring me and let me know what the problem was. Will post a reply on my post and yours if find it ok. I think it may be a power supply problem on the board, but batting in the dark without more info. 🙁

Just got back in touch with customer on this one. She had a handy friend look at it. Turned out be pressure switch blockage, together with a trailing socket fault, which is why it went dead! Heres me thinking earth fault due to component failure, which then took the board. You never can tell till you go and have a look can you? :rolls:

Not familiar with model but I know the Bosch condenser dryers do leave the clothes slightly damp on the cupboard dry setting. You have to choose extra dry for them to be completely dry.

Just looked on the Bosch site. There is an impellor jug fitted on that model. First thing to change. Very common. Part number 424099. 😀
