Check the NTC, it may be faulty and may be shutting off heater too early.

May be a blockage in either the drain pump or the wash pump. If it’s the drain pump, you can normally check it from in the sump, there’s a clip securing a cover over the drain pump impellor. Circulation pump will stop & start a few seconds later if there’s not enough pressure registered on the high level pressure switch which is mounted near it. Quite easy to split the pump to check for blockages.

I’d be checking the motor, the capacitor may be faulty.

Re: AEG Lavamat e33 fault code

E33 is a pressure switch fault, it means the water activated switch that shows the level of water in the drum has failed. It’s not always that accurate to read it as gospel though, I’d be looking at the heater maybe having an earth fault though as the most likely problem.

Re: Beko DRCT70W Condenser Tumble Dryer Problem

This is not a fault, every time a sensor program finishs it throws on the clean filter & empty water tank lights as a reminder to the customer to do this. Did you test the appliance with damp clothing, if there’s no damp clothing in it, it shuts off after 10 min’s or so, you can test it in timed drying & it shouldn’t go off till time has elapsed. Things to check are that the condenser is not blocked,if it is or was there can be excess moisture produced, this can cause the heater to get quite damp as there is poor air flow through it, shorting the NTC , causing funny readings, if down to earth it will sometimes trip electrics in house.

Would be checking the filter for blockages firstly, check that there’s nothing fouling the pump impellor from turning.

Re: help please… is my pump faulty

You can get a P.C.B that is already programmed to go into the machine , would it not be better to get an engineer to take a look at it?
He/she will tell you there & then whether its o.k or needs whatever parts etc, safer too for all concerned as i’m not that comfortable with novices working on or testing equipment if they don’t know what they are at.

No diagrams i’m afraid, if you are not up to doing the job, best advice would be to get an engineer to complete the job.

Re: help please… is my pump faulty

You can connect a cable carefully to the pump, tape connections so theres no chance of you touching them & see if it runs o.k.
If pump runs o.k but won’t run on appliance its likely the P.C.B is done, maybe a triac faulty, and perhaps needing a new board fitted, quite expensive .

Not really, i’d be replacing them both to be sure, the indication one under where the buttons for selecting the programs would be cheaper of the two, try it first.
Power off of course & watch out for razor sharp edges of stainless steel when doing work on it.
Unfortunately its not listed on here in the shop, but the other main p.c.b is..

Re: Replacing missing fan filter cover zanussi ZBF860X

It clips, as stated in the manual that you’ve read…

    Grease Filter
To prevent a build-up of fats on the fan impellor, the
grease filter must be fitted by clipping it over the
    vents in the back panel.
    To clean the grease filter
When the oven has cooled down, remove the filter by
pushing the protruding tongue on the filter upward
    ,
    and wash carefully.

Clips are on the cover that you by, it simply clips onto the rear cover of fan & element.

Pump sounds as it is o.k, if it was open circuit or burn’t out you would’nt get a reading, pump is not going to break the bank, they’re only a tenner, presuming you have tested that it it is mechanically sound & not seized up?
Was there any blockage in either the drain hose or sump hose?

    Re: AEG Lavamat 86741

I’ve sometimes found that dirt on the fascia or buttons can cause them to stick half in & not release & give the problem you describe. You would need to dismantle it & clean, power off on any appliance you are working on of course.

Has any error codes come up when you wer doing the washes lately?

    Re: Zanussi Error Code E66

Advise that you mark the cables as you take them off the dryer elements,, if you use your test meter you will see that the dryer has two separate elements for 1/2 & full heat settings, as pointed out in earlier post, you need to be testing the elements for an earth fault.
Unlikely that there is any other faults.
If there is a faulty relay on the P.C.B it would need a replacement P.C.B fitted, i’ve never taken off a relay or fitted one to a P.C.B & would advise against a novice attempting the procedure.
