well here goes, could be : door not sealing, light staying on, insulation gone, system blockage, faulty thermostat (if it has), faulty module (if it has) and thats just what i can think of off the top of me head without a model number almost impossible which incidentley should be behind the crisper tray.

this machine has a complex self diagnosis fault system, by pressing various combinations of buttons as it stands i dont think anyone will be able to tell what is wrong with it or at what stage of diagnostics it is stuck in. for any future readers of this post unless you know what you are doing dont press random combinations of buttons on pcb,s

also as with all modern fridges they do not like lots of unfrozen foods being put in at once, unless fast freeze is selected an hour before hand, this lowers the temperature so that when unfrozen food is put in it doesnt start thawing out the frozen food, same applies to fridge and make sure all rice is at room temp and covered.

there is a fuse on the board its more than likely blown, its soldered in and resin poured so will be a new board if it is blown

    Re: Hotpoint WMA30P

well we can rule the board out then 😆 , i would hazard a guess at an earth leak or usual chaffed wires on them.
