    Ariston AVD149 or Ariston AVG12?

Can someone help me please? I can’t decide what to buy, Ariston AVD 149 or Ariston AVG 12? 🙄 Is it someone here that knows which of the models is better? I would really appreciate your help. Thankyou 🙂

Re: LG Washing Machine leaves ‘bits’ on the door and in the

    Hi

what you need to do is carry out a boil wash at least once a month without any clothes in the machine or just white cottons.

Due to low temprature washes the machines are a perfect place for bacteria to grow as most people just use 40oc wash.

this should help clean your machine bt the mould on the door seal is there to stay as it stains the rubber.

    Hi Bryan

My wife does the washing – just checked and it looks like she uses tablets. Does this make a difference??

    Thanks, Ian

    Hi

at a guess you use either a liquid detergent or a powder or tablet for coloureds for most of your washing. ?

I think it was KWATT who said you have more chance of winning the lottery than being killed by dodgy appliances

Now that depends on the customer who installs it!! :zap:

I have seen 3 installs this week that I have had to reinstall do to dodgy joints.

And at some amazement one bloke who installed a cooker even gave me his name and address and number :eeek:

Needless to say he has been reported for it.

    Re: Between the drums

I’ve known a few to get punched throgh the outer drum, mostly they rot away and dont cause prob’s others may get into pump and jam it, but i’ve found if they are scraping the drum a good vigorous rattle back and forwards with inner drum on about 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} to 70{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} the wire pokes back through one of the holes and can be removed fairly easily.

Martin, try doing these calls for less than £30.00 as several of the Whirlpool Service partners have to, 2 trips as well unless they pre diagnose!

    Hi,

On your appliance the Bra wire may now lodge into the heating element and remain there as it slowly rots away.
Leave be and run your luck.

Re: Removing Cover on Samsung SR-S22…

    hi,
fraid frosting of the defrost drain channel is going to happen, no matter what you do. The only thing to do is to defrost it. There is a fix which can be adapted to fix many manufacturers appliances, but its unofficial and is for System engineers only.
