ParticipantSorry to bump an old thread but I’ve got what seems to be the same problem on the same model here. It initially gets nice and hot then gradually gets cooler and cooler with time. No blockages etc. Is it the NTC on the heater or is there another stat somewhere else that causes it? Can you buy the NTC separately.
Thanks

ParticipantI had one very similar in the week and I asked the question but nothing worked for me. I think maybe there is another method out there or im just mistiming something but the usual reset didn’t work. Like you I spent more time trying to reset the damn machine than fixing what is a simple fault.
Maybe a sticky on the reset procedures or a section in Tips and tricks would be beneficial to have them all in one place.grooster
ParticipantIve been out to a few that have done this. I just push the catch back in and ive never been back. On one occasion the dishwasher was badly fitted and out of square but I couldn’t see anything wrong with the others.

ParticipantI know the 2, the 6 o’clock oen and the one click anti clockwise variation from all the older machines, they’re tattooed in my brain but I just can’t find a way to do this model.
Annoying.. Its only for a pub chain, they have a few machines to go at, so im in no rush . It maybe that its a faulty computer and im doing the correct procedure but id just like to be sure before BERing it.

ParticipantI’ve been swapping at least one of these heat pumps a month for the last couple of years and I’ve had more recalls on this type of pump than any other ive come across. Ive got the repair down to 15 mins but I just dont have any confidence in the product. Its so bad that I tell the customer up front that I can only give a 6 month warranty instead of my usual 12 months just because I was losing out.
I was under the impression the pump burnt out because too much froth was created from the customer either overfilling the rinse aid or a cleaning product being used. Im just not sure though. Ive never been out to another with water damage causing it though.grooster
ParticipantMy parcel is arriving today and I sent the order yesterday at about 2.00pm. I wonder if it makes a difference which office the order is sent from. Ive not had many problems with Denton (Manchester) just the odd thats been delayed by a day.

ParticipantI must have had 5 recalls in the last 6 months on these heat pumps. Im getting sick of them. Its now at the stage where i explain to customers that I can’t guarantee the part for a year, like I do with most items.Qualtex and connect don’t seem to bat an eyelid when I return them which lends me to thinking im not the only one.
I can never find anything wrong with the one im taking out. They are too small and cheap for the job they are doing and the latest batch is even smaller.grooster
ParticipantI’ve found myself in the same boat with customers. I literally don’t know what to recommend these days. I used to say Bosch group for everything, now i’m just not sure about their dishwashers. So many heat pumps and drain pump problems. I dont like saying it, but I dont think the Beko ones are too bad, but I probably wouldn’t recommend them.

ParticipantI’ll be honest, I haven’t really noticed anything different with regards to their deliveries. I had one or two last year that weren’t sent out the same day, probably due to me sending an order at 2.55pm. They are always delivered by DPD, same as Connect and arrive next day. Now maybe they’re going to call me out to be a liar, I’ve got an order to send today with them so we’ll see……

ParticipantIs it defo the circulation pump and not the drain pump?

ParticipantFrom experience, the first place I would look would be the selector switch. Most probably a burnt or overheating contact, usually caused by a loose connector.
