THIS is the one you need.

No easy access, top, both sides, front plinth, door and the whole of the inner stainless steel tub have to be removed. Definitely not a simple DIY job. 😉

Not on this model Iadom !! This is the grey base model.

Best thing is to unplug it , disconnect the inlet hose , get all the water out of the tub and then lay the appliance on its back . You will then find a metal plate underneath which when removed will reveal all !!

Re: Neff F5456X3gb/23 will not stop

I’m a bit confused . You say it gets down to 1 minute and doesn’t stop….but then say it finishes the wash ? There are loads of threads , as i mentioned , of Neff/Bosch/Siemens appliances with the 1 in the display and the machine continually running. You need to check to see if theres any burnt track on the control module 1st….just in case its intermittent. Also , if the pressure chamber/fill hose is blocked , sometimes it might fill to the right level and sometimes it won’t .

    Eliminate these two possibilities first

Press and hold the start button for 5 seconds to activate/de-activate child lock .

Model will prob be pre-fixed with an S rather than an F. However , after that bit of nit-picking 🙂 , this will be a no-heating fault . You will need to check a few things
    1. Water levels
    2. Burnt out track on control module ( heater relay )
    3. Heater continuity

Search the forum for ‘Bosch dishwasher 1 minute remaining’ and you will find a wealth of info on this particular fault

Be careful as too much pulling can cause the motor shaft to bend and you end up with a very noisy fan !

I have a method and whilst it takes a little bit longer , it works everytime. It means taking the oven out of its housing but its so much cleaner than spraying loads of WD40 in the oven…which i hate to do.

    1.Remove nut from shaft
2.Remove back panel , disconnect wires from motor fan and remove 3 motor fan screws.
3.Maneouvre fan blade until it is flush to rear wall of oven cavity
4.Place flat end of wooden hammer handle on end of fan shaft and bang the head end a couple of times fairly hard. This causes the mator shaft to ‘pop’ backwards and once the shaft end is flush with the blade hole , you can go to the back and a quick wiggle with pull the motor away leaving the fan blade to drop off .

Its then a good idea to clean/abrade the motor shaft and the inside section of the fan blade hole to allow easy re-fitting.

It may seem a little bit too much work just to access the top screw behind the fan blade but it is cleaner and less likely to cause any further probs in the future.

Re: bosch hbn 131550B/02 fan oven combo

So it has the grill element with the fan underneath it ? It sounds like circotherm grilling and if thats the case its working exactly as it should mate. If you leave it long enough , the grill element will shut off and the fan will kick in . It will continue to switch these 2 during its cooking cycle. It should be explained in the manual and its to allow grilling of items without the need to turn them over…..At least i think thats the gist of it!

Re: WAE28162gb/11 flashing lights fault code?

Unfortunately Dave , that normally means the control module’s goosed !

You could try a reset by turning selector knob to the 6 o’clock position , put your finger on spin speed selection button and turn selector knob one position clockwise ( 7 o’clock ) then release spin speed button. Finally , turn selector knob to off then try the appliance again.

If they all flash up once more , then the boards had it.

They would probably break , Martin . The RHS clip(s) need popping ‘straight’ out if that makes sense . There’s no lateral movement available when they are locked in.

Re: Bosch panels…there must be an easy way?

Martin , i have two methods to remove the facia panel from the new models.
    1. power off obviously 🙂 and once the door boot gasket outer lip is released , it is possible to put your hand up from inside to reach the clips and release them.

    2. If the machine is ‘slightly’ out of the install , insert a big flat bladed screwdriver between the facia panel and casing on the right hand edge and basically just lever the facia off….it will pop out !!!

Best to remove front panel for pump replacement but tilt appliance FORWARD to access underneath for motor removal. This causes tub assy to push forward , creating more space between motor and rear panel and making access to motor bolts easier.

First thngs first….have you checked the brushes in the motor ? You’ll prob find them worn down and ripe for replacement.

Does it have an anti-flood protection system in the base ? Could there be water in the base pan ?
