She has said that it will move on if you press the start button but she went out left the machine on came back about 4 hours later and the machine was still on anti crease.

Hi I looked to clean out the matrix but I cant see any way of getting into it. Pipe from pump to matrix is fine.

I dont think it will work without the hose mate.
I had a miele washing machine that had a faulty aquastop hose and fitting a normal fill hose did not fix it, but if I left the aquastop hose connected (small plug next to the valve) and the normal fill hose it would work ok.
Dont think the one I had was O/C though, just wouldn’t let any water though.

I think I will just have to try the resetable stat first and see how I go.

I have had one the same as this. Front right not working.
I changed the reg and it still didn’t work.
The one I had was a problem with the block. I think the live side of the block had about 3 connections on it even thought the live wire for this ring was connected to the block the bit it was connected to was not live.
I moved the wire over one connection and it was fine.
