    overloading is an old wives tale so to speak, most damage is caused by underloading, when too little weighing too much is not distributed evenly around todays larger drums thats where to start if she put in a couple of towels or a bath mat pair of jeans all will cause this to happen hope this helps.

    not being funny but have you checked the hose that runs from the sump to the fill chamber on the side as when they are blocked up it will cause exactly that problem, im assuming that it isnt flooding it just thinks it is.

    they are an absolute nightmare to take apart, easily broken you can test everything from the pcb end but you will need a wiring to know what to test, also on these the door switch in the freezer operates the fan ie; so if freezer door is open it wont cool.

    are you sure you fitted the right regulator for this machine as have had ones where people have connected single regulators to a double circuit, not that i think ur a numpty or anything 😆 just worth double checking as you cured 1 fault and maybe created another hope this helps

    id be checking connector block under hinge cover on top of door 1st before ordering anything.

    ice build up on freezer evaporator stopping air flow, remove covers in freezer, de ice check heater and thermal fuse .

    have had quit a few where mice have taken a likeing to the styrene float causing bar to lift giving flood fault hope this helps
