edit. All these three, W103/A B or BG have evo controls.

chitty, check the user manual for any reference to this.

the evoloution range is only the ones with the electronic display, we14 and we16 etc

the w103 does not have the 5 year parts warranty!

Re: Indesit forno electric oven, grill ok but oven not heati

there’s no fan element in these ovens, it uses top and bottom elements and a fan to help with air circulation. If you look closely at the pictures on the control panel it shows what elements should be on

    going clockwise from the off position;

    1st is light on only
2nd top and bottom element – no fan
3rd top and bottom element fan assisted
    4th half grill- no fan
5th full grill – no fan
    6th grill – fan assisted
    then back to off

    hope that helps

Where did you get the £49 price Dave? Can I get it from there and replace it myself?

    😕

Ariston appliances carry a 5 year parts guarantee – contact hotpoint/indesit for £90 ish they will sort it out for you.

    Chris.

Not being daft Chris! i’m sure they will charge us for the equipment!

My point was they will be able to track our speed and location and issue speeding and parking fines if and when they want.

Think Tony Blair has been watching too much big brother!!!

If they put satellite trackers in our cars/vans then they will also be able to check out how fast we drive and dish out instant speeding fines!
They’ll have to cover the cost somehow……..

    Debs

Can’t tell you exactly how to carry out the repair but first unplug the machine :plug:

    then remove the back panel…..

if u have any doubts get professional help from repairs@

a 90′ maintenence wash once a month will stop the pressure system getting blocked up in the future.

Re: Hotpoint BFI62 integrated dishwasher board initializatio

When you first fit a new bit 100 board the dishwasher goes into a test mode,

if the appliance is freestanding 2 lights are flashing on the front whilst in test mode. it then needs to be reset, switch off machine leaving door closed wait at lest 15 secs put dial to reset then switch back on – now ready for customer.

Vanishing, intergrated, pain in the arse to pull out models. when first switched on after replacing card also goes into test mode. to reset switch off with door closed, wait at least 15 secs. switch machine on open the door then reset by holding programme button down for 3 secs – now ready for customer.

    make sense? good luck! 😆

I have offered to have a look. A couple of quick questions, when did Indesit start giving 5 years parts warranty ?

The 5 year parts warranty is only for the evolution range – the ones with the display card we14, we16 etc. It will have “evolution” written on the facia.

The standard w103, w123 etc only have the first 12 months and no parts warranty after that.

    Hope that helps

Contact Ariston (indesit company) direct to repair it as you do have a 5 year parts guarantee with them – so for around £90 they will fix it for you

Re: Ariston Margherita AWD12 timer controls

    Give this a try;

Make sure the appliance is in reset mode (any 1 of the dots)
then move the dial to the time delay setting – leave it for at least 5 secs the on light will flash accepting the time delay. Then move the dial to you’re desired programme and the appliance should start after say 3 hrs.

(You can reset the time delay/change programme by turning the dial to any of the reset dots)

Give it a go and let me know if that works.
