Moderatorok you need to find out whats making the noise am assuming its the drain pump
have you tried tilting it as its making the noise. not to 45 degrees like before just lift the front 2 inches off the floor
what i am trying to find out if there is still a small amoung of water in the base , just enough to trip the safety float. if you lift it the water will move and the noise may stop but then restart when you put it downDave

Moderatorok from Beko tech correct board with that serial is 2858195330
connect have stock

Moderatorhave you tried it since you removed the water
after it fills up the wash pump should start unless it still thinks the water is not going in
as for water detector early ones used a pressure switch and later ones use a reed switch unit in the water intake that measures the water intakeDave

Moderatorno extractor would use a brush motor in this situation
does sound like a shorted coil issue in which case its new motor time
and its a silly price to a lot of the standard hood motors

Moderatorcheck the water is getting pumped up
check the back behind the condensor, make sure its clear of lint
take the pump chaber off and make sure the hole is clear from the back of the condensor so the water can get to the pump
if the water fills up at the back and does not get pumped away it can get into the fan. most of the time this hasppens the fan sprays the element with water and it blows the house trip

Moderatordont think they ever offererd 20 years but have seen 10
but all warranties have limitations as to what reasonalbe wear and tear is etc. these days you can ask the machine how many washes its done to determine if the machine is overused according to their rulesall to do with marketing. they only offer it every now and then as a way of boosting sales and possibly lowering stock

Moderatorthat black fan is where any blockages would be.. You seldom get any blockages in the heater tunnel as it would be burnt off by the elements
Would not be the first time I took off a fan to find all the blades clogged with lint

Moderatorwell the metal box is where to start but after that there is a tube running down the machine that can get blocked. you need to remove the metal box first to access. often when you have done that you can clear it with a wire hook made out of an old wire coat hanger
