    Re: Siemens wt36v398

    Cheers Martin.

After varying lengths of time this dryer stops with the filter / hose light on and three bars in the display. I had it running for 90 minutes yesterday and all was well until I left. They say it normally stops after 10 or 15 minutes. The machine is spotless and the vent is perfect. Any thoughts?

    Tim.

    Re: Bad Integrated Appliance Installation

Had the best one ever today.
The dishwasher had been screwed into both left and right wooden side panels from the middle of the dishwasher. 5 screws through top middle of the left hand panel into the adjacent cupboard and 2 screws through the top middle of the right panel into the wooden side panel. This could have only been done before the sink and work top were fitted. What was the fitter thinking…

The reed switch / pcb just unclips from the plastic unit. You normally get a sheet with it showing you how to do it. No need to remove any plastic bits!

Low insulation on dryer heaters, just disconnect wiring if they don’t need the dryer.

I can’t answer why the replacement valve has failed but I have had it where I fitted a universal triple valve which did the same as what yours is now doing. Is yours a genuine valve?

I can’t see why a thicker cable would cause any problems. Perhaps lee8 & martin could explain their concerns?

Module needs replacing. Selector isn’t catching the correct programme.
    Could try switch cleaner first.

HVR09200740 is listed as the programmed module for that machine.
The module you got must be faulty or unprogrammed.

Go for the vivaro, I got one 18 months ago. Much more comfy and roomy than the expert & dispatch I had previous. More leg room for passengers as well. (Ideal for my two growing children)

Had one of these the other day.
    Just to let you know how I reset the fault;

    Dial in off position.
Hold down start button whilst turning dial anti one click.
Release start turn dial to off.
    This should do it!
